The newsletter form stores your address to send you the newsletter. The contact form stores what you send so we can reply. Orders store the details needed to fulfil and refund them. We use privacy-respecting analytics that count page views without building a profile of you, and we do not run advertising trackers.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at any time — write to us from the contact page and we'll action it within 30 days.

Our content summarises published research for general education. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it cannot account for your medication, conditions or history. Our articles, grades and comparison tables are our copyright. You may quote and link to them with attribution. You may not scrape, republish wholesale, or present our grades as a third-party endorsement of a product we do not make.
We publish in good faith and correct errors when we find them, but we make no warranty that any product will work for you. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Write to us with your order number within 60 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price to the original payment method within five working days. You do not need to return an opened bottle. Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next dispatch date from any order email, and cancelling takes effect immediately — we don't ask you to call.
Two: one keeps your basket, one counts page views.
Neither is used for advertising, and there is no third-party ad network on this site. Blocking them in your browser will empty your basket between visits but will not otherwise break anything.
